  1. Ceiling:  Now 2 layers. Replace all by 1 single layer of ceiling
  2. Terrazo floor tiles:  Keep. Make sure no damage. during renovation.
  3. Front door: Keep iron gate. Replace wooden door. New door with same style

Door to Room-4 is either

  • sealed off (a wall) or
  • changed to a sliding door.
